Biscayne Commons is the North Miami Campus' newest residence hall. This modern, stylish facility is open to freshmen and returning students.
All rooms are fully furnished with a bed, desk and closet space for each student; each double-occupancy room features private baths, Internet and cable access. Residents also have access to the game/TV lounge and community kitchen in the building.

Rooms are accessible by swipe-card access. The front desk is staffed 24 hours a day.
Wildcat Wellness Learning CommunityBiscayne is home to the Wildcat Wellness Learning Community, which focuses on students' overall physical, mental, emotional and social well-being. Discussions, trips and activities focusing on health, acuity and organizational skills are scheduled throughout the year. Participants may go hiking or kayaking one week and do yoga and talk to a financial advisor the next.
Global Living & Learning CommunityHoused on the 1st floor of Biscayne Commons, the Global Living Community is reserved for freshman and returning students. Made up of both international and domestic students, this community allows residents to learn from another and appreciate cultural difference.
Working closely with the Arts & Sciences faculty residents of this community experience a broad range of local cultural events, such as trips to the theater, art and music festivals.
