Tropical Pointe residents enjoy suite-style living, as well as access to such amenities as a TV lounge, game room, on-site laundry facilities, a computer lab and basic cable. All rooms are equipped with wireless Internet. The hall is accessed via swipe-card.Each room holds either two or four students. The rooms are furnished with one bed, desk, desk chair and closet space per student. Students also have access to the community kitchen located on the third floor. Hospitality Learning CommunityHoused on the 2nd floor of Tropical Pointe, the Hospitality Learning Community is reserved for both freshman and returning hospitality students. Residents work side by side with Hospitality faculty in the pursuit of connecting what they learn in the classroom to real-world industry experiences.
