Kathy Grady is the former Sr. Vice President and Chief of Staff at Agency Management Services (AMS, Inc.), and Vice President of ePolicy Solutions, technology companies specializing in the Insurance and Financial Industries. She played a critical role in creating and launching new software products, implementing quality improvement initiatives, and running management and executive training and coaching programs.
Most recently, Grady was the Assistant Dean of the Providence College School of Business, where she also taught Management courses including Strategy, Management Information Systems, Organizational Behavior, and Operations Management.
