Dan Grieser started at Johnson and Wales as an adjunct faculty member in the College of Business in 2006. He taught courses in management, international business, finance, economics, and math before joining the Arts and Sciences faculty in the fall of 2012.

Prior to coming to Johnson and Wales, Grieser served in technical and executive management positions with several chemical and pharmaceutical companies including Dow Chemical, Hoechst, Upsher-Smith, and Whole Foods Market. He also taught in the International Business School at Teikyo Loretto Heights University and conducted workforce development programs for numerous local businesses including Roche, Caterpillar, Owens Corning, and Mayne Pharma.
