Deja Walker’s professional focus is on local-food based restaurants and catering operations, along with creating organic pastries and wedding cakes. She has also worked with Slow Food Denver, American Grassfed Association and (RAFT) Renewing America’s Food Traditions, and has assisted in organizing food awareness events, food film festivals and establishing a composting program.
