As the North Miami Campus’ latest Distinguished Visiting Chef, Adrianne Calvo '04 brings big flavors — and a lot of heart. She credits JWU with teaching her “the essential skills to become a good chef and to be competitive with the best that are out there.”
On February 1, she’ll be giving back by cooking a 4-course dinner alongside JWU students to benefit the College of Culinary Arts Scholarship Fund.
The event starts at 6pm with a reception, followed by dinner (with wine pairings) at 7pm in the University Center. The menu:
