Housing Move-In Procedure

  • Once you report to check-in, Residential Life will confirm your housing assignment.
  • Using the directions provided at check-in, drive to your residence hall.
  • Unload your car in the unloading zone. Once your car is unloaded, you will need to move your car to an assigned parking lot.
  • Park your car in the assigned parking lot and return to the hall to begin unpacking.

Special arrangements & recommendations
You will not be permitted to remain in the residence halls during this time. If you require housing during the winter break, you must make your own arrangements for accommodations. However, City View Towers will remain open. All buildings are open during fall and spring breaks; however, the dining center will be closed.

Residence Halls close for winter break on Fri, Dec 20 at noon and will reopen at noon on Sun, Jan 5, 2014. At the end of the academic year, all buildings will close at noon on Fri, May 23, 2014 and at 5pm on Sat, May 24 for graduating seniors.
