Chef Christof Wagner has been with Johnson & Wales University since 2002. He serves as the campus' director of culinary operations, and teaches nutrition, storeroom operations and food service technology and design. Prior to coming to JWU, Wagner taught culinary arts in Germany, and worked as executive chef at a hotel in Gertshofen, Germany. He is a member of the American Culinary Federation, Research Chef’s Association and International Chef’s Association.In 2008, Chef Wagner was named one of the first Global Master Chefs by the World Association of Chefs' Societies. He is pursuing a master's degree in Education Leadership from Nova Southeastern University.
