David Capaldi teaches mathematics at Johnson & Wales University. His interests include equity issues in mathematics, and mathematics standards of the National Council Teachers of Mathematics. Capaldi is a member of several professional organizations including the Association of Teachers of Mathematics New England and NCTM as well as serving on the PK-16 Governor's Policy Board, representing RI private institutions of higher education.
