Roger Dwyer has been at Johnson & Wales University since 1993, where he teaches Dining Room Management, Wine Education and Service Training. He was the recipient of the 2003 Beverage & Dining Services Service Award.Dwyer is an independent consultant for restaurants in the training waitstaff and making suggestions for profitability. He also develops wine lists for several area restaurants. He is a member of the Society of Wine Educators from which he has earned the designation of Certified Specialist of Wine. He also holds an Advanced Certification from the Wine & Spirits Education Trust.
