Harry Peemoeller holds a bachelor’s degree in food service management from the JWU Norfolk Campus and is a certified master baker by the German Culinary Institute of Baking in Hannover, Germany. He worked as the director of commissary operations for Biga-Bakery/Café in Miami and as a production manager for European Bakery in Orlando. In his native Germany, he was the proprietor of Harry’s Bread Shop in Halstenbeck/Hamburg. Peemoeller is a member of the Bread Bakers Guild of America.
