Thomas Provost is an instructor on the faculty of Johnson & Wales where he teaches classes in service, management and mixology. Provost also owns a food and beverage training consulting business called Effective Impressions, and he holds the Advanced Certification through Wine Spirits and Education Trust. He is a member of the Society of Wine Educators.
