Kimberly Rosenbaum, a native of New York, received her associate degree in Hospitality Management at SUNY and bachelor’s degree in Food Service Management from JWU, Norfolk, VA. Rosenbaum joined JWU from Williamsburg, VA., were she was the clubhouse manager at the Two Rivers Country Club. Prior to that, she was the Service Director for The Magnolia House; a full service, fine dining Southern Cuisine Restaurant in Eaton, GA. She spent 10 years at Walt Disney World in Orlando, Fla., as a restaurant manager in The Grand Floridian Resort and Spa, Epcot's Living Seas and The United Kingdom. Rosenbaum is a TIPs certified trainer and is acknowledged by the Federation of Dining Room Professionals as a certified member. She also holds her certification of Food Service Management Professional from the National Restaurant Association.
