Prior to coming to JWU, Ashley McGee was chef-owner of Stardust Fine Dining in Morehead City, North Carolina. She has also served as a consultant to the Viking Range Corporation, and worked chef de cuisine at Bayona in New Orleans.McGee has also been a consultant to the Viking Range Corporation in Greenwood, Mississippi, the Chef de Cuisine at Bayona in New Orleans, Louisiana and has worked in restaurants in San Francisco and Bermuda.
