William Lenox has been a member at Johnson & Wales University since 2000, and is currently the representative of the School of Arts & Sciences on the retention committee of the College of Culinary Arts and the coordinator of the Honor's Program at HAC. He has also been involved in textbook selection and curriculum development for department offerings, and he has represented JWU in study abroad programs and at various national and regional conferences.
