A Certified Chef de Cuisine (C.C.C.) through the American Culinary Federation (ACF), Steven Johansson has been at Johnson & Wales University since 1999, where he teaches classes in Classical French, International and American cuisines.Prior to coming to JWU, Johansson worked as executive chef at Seaman’s Inn, and as production chef at the Mohegan Sun Casino as well as at Foxwoods Casino and the Trump Taj Mahal.
