Chef Francis Mullaney is an instructor in the College of Culinary Arts at Johnson & Wales University, and was the executive chef at the Airport Radisson, one of the University’s practicum properties. Prior to joining the staff at JWU, Mullaney worked for many years for the Hilton chain of hotels, in Pittsburgh, Chicago, Palm Beach and Dallas.
Mullaney is the recipient of the 2008 Vollrath Award.
