An expert in vendor relations, Raymond Olobri teaches Purchasing and Product Identification classes at Johnson & Wales University. He has also served as University’s director of Storeroom Operations.Prior to joining JWU’s faculty, Olobri worked in a variety of roles, from a merchandiser at Northeast Beverage to 22 years as a seafood deli manager with the Star Market Company.
