Peter Vaillancourt joined the faculty of Johnson & Wales in 1995, where he teaches classes in meat cutting. He was the recipient of the 2009, 2010 and 2012 Parents’ Association Faculty Recognition Award.

For 10 years, he owned Vaillancourt’s Market; prior to that he was a buyer and manager of Bric’s Meat Market.
