Our Campus

imgFCM Campus Tour NMI 170x150Our palm-tree lined campus is just south of Ft. Lauderdale and just north of downtown Miami, putting you in an international business hub and a cultural hotspot.

The campus is located in the city of North Miami, one of ten cities recognized by the National Civic League as an "All-American City" in 2010. More than 2,150 students from 45 states and 55+ countries create an active, multicultural environment.

Twenty-nine acres and growing, the campus is steps from shops, restaurants and commerce. Residence halls include traditional, apartment and suite-style rooms — most with cable, telephone and Internet. Many have television lounges, game rooms and laundry facilities. You’ll find your culinary and pastry peers staffing our Mix dining center, located in the hub of our campus. And it wouldn’t be Miami without swimming pools and a sand volleyball court.

Athletics range from the serious to the recreational. Varsity sports include NAIA basketball, soccer, cross country, golf and track teams, in addition to a variety of intra/extramurals. Our Wildcat Center includes a gymnasium and fitness center, which has weight machines, StairMasters, bikes, treadmills and yoga and fitness classes.

Additionally, Campus Recreation organizes adventure trips including kayaking, canoeing, camping and paintball—and sells discounted tickets to select Miami Dolphins, Miami Heat, Miami Hurricanes and Florida Marlins games. Or you can get involved with more than 25 clubs and organizations, Greek life, student government and more.

Information for visitors and members of the university community concerning the accessibility of university residence halls, academic buildings or other facilities for individuals with disabilities, and information concerning services available to accommodate special needs (i.e. sign language interpreter, etc.) is available through the Center for Academic Support at 305-892-7046.
