In addition to being the Director of Education for The Hospitality College of Johnson & Wales University, Catherine Davin is also an associate professor and teaches in the International Hotel School.
In her current administrative role Davin manages the College’s Advising Program and is Chair of the College Curriculum Committee. She was formerly the Department Chair for the Hotel faculty.
Prior to joining JWU in 1997, Davin was the Director of the Hotel Management Program at Lasell College in Massachusetts. Her industry experience includes working for Marriott International in catering and sales.
Davin serves on the Certification Commission of the Educational Institute of the American Hotel & Lodging Association (AH&LA). She is also a member of Hospitality Sales and Marketing Association International (HSMAI), Massachusetts Lodging Association and the Cornell Hotel Society. She is a Certified Hospitality Educator (CHE).
