An associate professor at Johnson & Wales University, Donna Faria teach courses in food and beverage operations and gaming/casino management.
Faria is a member of the American Association of University Women, the National Restaurant Association, the Association of Casino Educators, the National Council on Problem Gambling, and sits on the Board of the Rhode Island Council on Problem Gambling. She has written a chapter and case studies in "Process for Profit," the How-to Approach of Total Quality Management.
