Before joining the staff of Johnson & Wales University David Sabot taught Criminal Law at Broward Community College, Davie, Fla.; Public Administration at Webster University, Altamonte Springs, Fla.; and Environmental Law at Rollins College, Winter Park, Fla.

Sabot also served as Staff Arbitration and Litigation Counsel for the Broward County Police Benevolent Association, Ft. Lauderdale, Fla. and had been a practitioner in Orlando, Fla. In addition he served as General Counsel to the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office, Kissimmee, Fla., and Associate Attorney, Killgore, Pearlman, Shepard & Stamp, PA, Orlando, Fla. He also served as a Judge Advocate in the U.S. Navy.
