An Associate Professor at JWU, Lee Esckilsen teaches in the Center for Sports, Entertainment and Event Management.
Esckilsen is a Certified Facility Executive (CFE) endorsed by the International Association of Venue Managers (IAVM). He is also a Trained Crowd Manager (TCM) certified by IAVM, and a Certified Hospitality Educator (CHE), endorsed by the American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute (AH&LEI), Washington, DC.
Esckilsen serves as a Chair Emeritus for the Professional Golf Association (PGA) Deutsche Bank Championship (DBC) played annually on Labor Day weekend at the Tournament Players Championship (TPC) Course in Norton, MA. Esckilsen stays active in venue management industry through his consulting company, ESVenues.com, which assists in the development and management of sports and entertainment facilities.
