Barbara Norris’ areas of expertise are in financial accounting, accounting software and internal auditing. She has worked as a Controller at Marsella Development and Property Management Companies. She also has experience as an Accounting Software Systems Consultant at Goldman Financial Services, Richard P. Goldman & Co., CPAs and as a Governmental Accountant/Auditor for the Department of Education and Department of Defense Norris continues to work as an accounting software and tax consultant to individuals and businesses in Rhode Island and Massachusetts on a limited basis and conducts workshops for the Rhode Island Small Business Development Center.
