Agnew Hopkins '96 has worked as in-house cafeteria manager for Stouffer Foods Corporation, food and beverage manager for the Holiday Inn Corporation and kitchen manager of Magnolia's Restaurant in Charleston, SC.
Hopkins is president of the International Food Service Executives Association Greater Charlotte branch.
He is a certified HACCP manager, Master Certified Food Executive and Certified Hospitality Educator, and has earned a certification in TIPS. Hopkins has worked with the United States Armed Forces as a food safety evaluator to promote excellence in military food service.
