Paul VanLandingham’s area of expertise is Foodservice and Adventure Sports and Nature Based Tourism. He has worked as a Licensed Maine Recreational Guide, Licensed Maine Whitewater Rafting Guide Level 2, Wilderness First Responder Emergency Medicine, Leave No Trace Trainer - Environmental Ethics, Registered Coastal Kayaking Guide, Level 3 ACA Paddling Certification and a Certified Mountain Bike Tour Guide.

VanLandingham also works  as a Kayaking Instructor and Tour Guide with Martha’s Vineyard Eco Adventures and a Raft Guide with Northern Outdoors the Forks, Maine.

VanLandingham serves as an Advisor to the university’s Adventure, Sports and Nature Based Tourism Concentration as well as the Outdoor Adventure Club.

VanLandingham is an American Culinary Federation Certified Culinary Educator, a Certified Executive Chef, Certified Food & Beverage Executive, Certified Food Service Management Professional, and a Certified Hospitality Educator.
