Before she joined JWU’s Hospitality College, Sarah worked as food and beverage manager for Queens Moat Houses and Hilton International.
In Switzerland, she taught for five years in Hotelconsult, Le Bouveret and DCT in Lucerne.
Sarah’s focus is on wine education. She worked for Bass Charrington Breweries in the United Kingdom, and received a diploma from the International Sommelier Guild.
She has also completed the Advanced Wines and Spirits program from the WSET (Wine & Spirit Education Trust) in London, belongs to the Society of Wine Educators and has been featured on WBTV.
