An associate professor at Johnson & Wales University, Brian Warrener teaches food, beverage and service management courses at the Center for Food & Beverage Management as well as private club management at the International Hotel School and event management at the Center for Sports, Recreation and Event Management.In 2003 Warrener successfully completed the Boyd Coffee Training Program and taught Advanced Menu Design and Analysis at the Escola Superior de Hotelaria e Tourismo in Estoril, Portugal. Warrener is a Certified Food Safety Instructor with the State of R.I. and the Educational Foundation of the National Restaurant Association and a Certified TIPS Instructor with Health Services Inc.
