Guy Bissonnette joined Johnson & Wales University in 1995. Since his admission to the Bar in Rhode Island in 1977, he has actively engaged in the general practice of law and appeared before all of the courts in that state. He served as the Assistant Solicitor (criminal prosecutor) for the Town of Portsmouth, Rhode Island from 1997 to 2001.
