Before joining the faculty of Johnson & Wales University, William Weber worked in a wide range of restaurant, hospitality and travel related businesses in Wisconsin and in Louisiana. As a member of the JWU Hospitality faculty, first at the Providence Campus, then in Charleston and now in Charlotte, Weber has earned recognition for excellence in teaching hospitality marketing, management, tourism, destination development, hospitality strategic management, quality services and media relations.
