Ernest Mayo serves as a Municipal Court Judge and as an arbitrator for both the American Arbitration Association and the Rhode Island Superior Court. Licensed to practice law in Rhode Island and Massachusetts, he also serves on the editorial board of the Rhode Island Bar Journal.
Mayo has published on the topics of the common law, criminal law, and legal ethics. He is a member of the Law and Society Association, Association for Conflict Resolution, and the Rhode Island Municipal Court Judges Association.
