Marcia Vinci's areas of expertise include accounting and auditing, customer relationship management, international financial reporting standards and critical thinking. She also teaches the accounting segment of CMA review courses.Vinci has been with a variety of organizations such as Deloitte, The Hartford Insurance Group, The Travelers Companies and several academic institutions. She has held numerous positions in the areas of auditing, financial analysis, business systems analysis, controllership and academia.
She has extensive teaching experience at the undergraduate and graduate college level and has been on the business faculty at Central Connecticut State University, Saint-Joseph College (Connecticut), Capital Community-Technical College (Connecticut), the University of North Carolina Charlotte and Central Piedmont Community College, among others. A high-energy instructor, Vinci aims to stimulate lively discussion and bring current business issues into the classroom.
