A former U.S. Navy test pilot, Allen Kruger attended the College of Naval Command and Staff, the College of Naval Warfare, the Navel Test Pilot School, Naval Flight School, and Officer Candidate School. He served as a flight instructor, an engineering test pilot and was commanding officer of a US Navy helicopter squadron.
A former Navy Captain, Kruger has more than 30 years' experience teaching at the college level. Besides Johnson & Wales University, he has served on the faculties of Bryant University, the US Naval War College (where he was also Dean of Students), and as Director of Quonset Point Campus at Roger Williams University.
Kruger has published numerous works, including “Internet Recruiting” published in Society for Advancement of Management Proceedings (2003).
