Prior to joining the faculty at Johnson & Wales University Peter Bortolotti worked in brand management, product management, product development, and strategic planning for a number of major brands in the athletic footwear and apparel industry.
Bortolotti is the Vice President on the Board of Directors for Stop Wasting Abandoned Property (SWAP), a non-profit community development organization specializing in providing low income housing via renovation and rebuilding in the Greater Providence and Rhode Island area. He also serves on the College of Business Outcomes Assessment Committee.
