Degree Programs
We offer associate and bachelor’s degree programs in Business, Hospitality and Culinary Arts at our Providence and Denver campuses. Our Providence Campus also offers Technology programs.
Culinary Arts Diploma Program
Available at the Providence and Denver campuses, this diploma program is designed for recent high school graduates, as well as for those seeking additional food service knowledge or a career change.
This program is a perfect fit if you have some college experience and want to transition into the culinary or pastry field.
Certificate Programs
In addition to our degree programs, we offer shorter, for-credit certificates in Business, Hospitality, Culinary Arts and Technology at the Providence Campus. The non-credit Wine & Spirit Education Trust (WSET) certificate program is available at our Providence, North Miami, Denver and Charlotte campuses.
Chef's Choice Recreational Cooking
Whether you’re just a beginner or an experienced cook, you’ll find a cooking class to suit your taste. Available at our Providence and Charlotte campuses, these interactive classes combine lively demonstrations with hands-on experience.
