To apply for an upcoming study abroad program, download an application or pick up an application at either the Providence Campus International Center (address below) or your local Student Academic Services Office. Keep in mind program deadlines:
Early applications are given top priority. Applications that are late are placed on a waiting list. Submit your completed application form along with all attachments as explained in the application to:

Once all information is submitted and your application is complete, it takes two weeks to receive a response from our office. The office will review materials and send applicant names to the Student Conduct Office. Incomplete applications are not reviewed.
Approval from the Student Conduct Office is required for participation in study abroad programs. Once this clearance is received, we will mail you a confirmation letter. This letter will provide mandatory Study Abroad Orientation dates as well as other preparation checklists. Remember, if your contact information changes, notify us immediately so we can always reach you.
