Robin Uler’s reputation as a creative branding leader has been solidified by her work for such blue-chip corporations as Marriott, Courtyard and Ritz-Carlton.

Uler is an authority on creating and driving business strategies that lead to significant results and lasting success. Her areas of expertise include multi-brand lodging, food and beverage, spas and retail.

She launched Fresh Take LLC in 2010 to pursue her dream of collaborating with business owners and executive teams to develop strategic plans for achieving aggressive goals. Using her operations background and experience, she connects theories with practicalities for clients including Marriott and other lodging, retail, procurement and food and beverage companies.

Before going out on her own, Uler had a three-decade long career with Marriott, working her way up to several leadership positions, her most recent being global chief creative officer for Marriott International. In this role she managed the Research, Strategy and Innovations Group, leading a team of 25 professionals that drove strategic creativity and innovation across 11 brands including Marriott, Ritz-Carlton and Courtyard.

Uler traveled the world identifying and pursuing global market trends that she used to develop, expand and unify Marriott’s brands through originality, inspiration and operational excellence.

Her previous roles at Marriott include senior vice president of global operations for which she was accountable for the oversight of global operating strategy and ensuring quality-focused, revenue generating operations.

Uler has been recognized for her ability to weave creative leadership into key areas of the company, one of the factors for her being named Pink Magazine’s “Top 10 Female Game Changers.”
