Denver has arrived and in a big way. This May, five of the city’s top chefs will fly to New York City to cook at the prestigious James Beard House. The menu will encompass each of the chef’s individual styles while jointly focusing on Colorado’s drive for fresh ingredients, simple preparations and mouth watering results.
Each of these chefs has been key to student education at Johnson & Wales University, through internships, employment opportunities, one-on-one mentoring and classroom participation.
