After 38 years, the two outstanding
musical instruments in the chapel the pipe organ and the carillon
were in need of extensive renovation. We to date replaced
the organ's electrical connections with a new digital system
costing $50,000. However, the carillon is still in dire need
of repair. Resulting safety and musical problems require that
we re-hang and re-tune the bells.
The Foote Charitable Trust has
given us a $15,000 grant toward our goal. In addition, more
than $35,000 has been pledged from individuals and other foundations.
Please join us and other donors in realizing our dream.
