All students planning to live on campus must submit a completed housing contract and deposit. For First Year Students living on campus, your $300 admissions deposit is also your housing deposit. (you only need to deposit once). For Returners living on-campus, you may submit your $200 non refundable housing deposit to Student Services beginning March 19, 2007.
Binding Contract: Regardless of the financial payment you select, residence contracts are effective upon signing and binding for the entire academic year. As long as you are attending the University, you remain responsible for room and board charges for the entire academic year, even if you no longer occupy your assigned room or utilize the dining facilities.
