  • A dedicated faculty advisor and career coach help you develop a plan to achieve your career goals, starting in your first term. 
  • Through specialized career courses and our career management website, you’ll build your resume and interviewing skills while acquiring the knowledge and skills employers are seeking.

  • We maintain relationships with dozens of the world’s industry-leading companies, and we offer a variety of work experience programs so you’ll gain industry experience related to your major. 
  • More than 200 companies each year participate in career conferences and other networking events on the Charlotte Campus that connect you with leading companies in your field.
  • You’ll develop a portfolio that documents your skills and makes you stand out from the competition. 
  • You’ll also find industry-experienced faculty who help you network in your chosen field, professional organizations that sharpen your experience, and leadership opportunities to round out your resume.
