Educator Resources

As an educator, you play a vital role in helping your students choose and prepare for the right career path.

To help keepJWU Admissions Educator you connected, educators have a direct line to our educator relations representatives. Your educator rep can help establish advisory councils, foster articulation agreements, develop educator outreach programs, and host special on-campus visits for educators. Learn more about JWU's programs for educators and high school students (6MB PDF).

For more information, email Tom Gauthier, director of educator partnerships and scholarship programs.

For Your Students
Your students may be earning college credit right now. JWU recognizes and accepts several high school programs for college credit.

Are you a student organization advisor? Do you teach the Culinary Essentials, ProStart or National Academy Foundation curriculum? Your students could be eligible for thousands of dollars in scholarships from JWU.

Scheduling a Visit
Would your students like to learn more about JWU? Schedule a high school field trip to the nearest campus, where current JWU students will take your class on a tour and answer their questions from a student's point of view. We also offer a variety of visitor programs throughout the year.

If getting to campus is a challenge, we can arrange for a JWU representative to speak to your students about JWU and the college selection process. Our teams also host Admissions Information Meetings (AIMS) around the country throughout the year. Consult our AIMs calendar to find the event nearest you.

To learn more or to schedule a visit, email Educator Relations or call 800-342-5598 x2345.
