Terms and Conditions
The Housing Wait List applies to the 2009-10 academic year, and is compiled based upon the date and time the form is submitted.
Students on the Housing Wait List will be accommodated as spaces become available and will be notified via their University e-mail when a bed is available. (Students should refrain from contacting the Office of Housing & Residential Education regarding their status on the wait list and rely on checking their University e-mail account for any placement updates.)
Once a student has been offered a space on campus, he/she must pay a deposit of $200 (only if a returning student) and complete a housing contract through our online system (all students) within one week of notification in order to receive a housing assignment. Students should be absolutely certain about residing on campus for the 2009-10 academic year. Once the contract is signed and submitted there is no contract withdrawal process--the contract cannot be canceled unless the student is no longer enrolled in the University. The contract is binding for the entire 2009-10 academic year, whether the student decides to live on campus or not.
