Housing Request Form

This form is for returning or transfer students who missed the room selection process, not for first-year students.

Students on the Housing Request List will be accommodated provided they are registered for classes for the housing term specified below and have made appropriate financial arrangements with the university for that term. You will be notified at your JWU email account when space becomes available.

By filling out the form below, you agree to the terms and conditions stated at the end of this online form. Please read all terms and conditions before submitting your information.

We do not contact students through personal email accounts, so make sure that you have submitted your JWU email address and contact number.

You will be accommodated as spaces become available. We will notify you via your university email if space becomes available.

Once the form has been submitted, please do not contact Residential Life regarding your list status. We will contact you via email with placement updates.

If you are offered a housing assignment, once you complete the Room Terms Agreement (housing contract), it is binding for the entire academic year, whether or not you decide to live on campus. Once the contract is submitted there is no contract withdrawal process. The contract cannot be canceled unless you are no longer enrolled in the university.
