Center for Food & Beverage Management (CFBM)

Develop skills and knowledge to assist with the management of restaurants, hotel food and beverage operations, and on-site food operations in an associate degree program at the Center for Food and Beverage Management. You culminate your experience by taking a term-long food service management internship. Some of the courses that the associate degree level include: introduction to the food service field, food preparation management, food service operations, hospitality sales & meeting management, and sanitation management.

banquetBecome further proficient in the areas of leadership/management, critical thinking, problem solving, financial analysis, and customer awareness in a bachelor's degree program. Some courses at the bachelor's degree level include: hospitality operations management, hospitality strategic marketing, hospitality management seminar, advanced food service operations management, and hospitality financial management.
