A Conversation with Niki Leondakis
Niki Leondakis, chief operating officer of Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants, is the fourth recipient of the Tiefel Professorial Chair and the subject of the fourth in a series, “Inside Hospitality Leadership.”
Leondakis joined Kimpton in 1993 as director of restaurant operations and has since been promoted several times, holding positions that include senior vice president of restaurant operations and executive vice president, hotels and restaurants. Prior to joining Kimpton she was employed by the Ritz Carlton Hotel Company and Marriott Hotels.
Leondonkis has been recognized for her accomplishments through several industry awards and has served on the boards of international and national nonprofit organizations.
