North Miami Campus Offers Chef's Choice Classes
Classes announced for January, February and March

NORTH MIAMI, Fla. – Jan. 3, 2007 – Johnson & Wales University is offering a new variety of Chef's Choice cooking classes for anyone looking for a culinary experience that goes beyond what can be learned by watching food television.

Chef's Choice classes are taught by professional J&W chef instructors. Classes offer a wide array of topics, including basic knife skills, the fundamentals of wine, rustic breads, the sushi experience and chocolate. The interactive classes entertain with cooking, tasting and interesting information. Classes are offered on select Saturdays and Wednesdays.

Prices range from $115 for beginner’s classes to $395 for boutique classes. All classes are three hours long and include the food, apron, chef’s hat, side towels and use of professional cutlery.
