The FDRP is an accredited organization that certifies Front-Of-The-House (FOH) professionals from entry level to the two mastery For the past 11 years, Giannasio has been a culinary and hospitality instructor at Johnson & Wales, first at the Charleston Campus, then relocating to Charlotte in November 2004. The certification process includes documentation of 20 years professional experience, successfully completing a written exam, and submitting a video of oneself in action which is assessed by FDRP evaluators.
