Johnson & Wales University’s College of Culinary Arts offers its popular Chef's Choice classes for anyone interested in expanding their culinary skills. There's a kids menu of classes, too. Classes are designed for specific age ranges including 8-12 year-olds and teens ages 13-16. And for the summer there's even a 5-day Kid's Camp and Teen Camp. This summer an expanded menu of selections will be offered. A blend of old favorites and new creations, prepared to impart the secrets to becoming an expert in the kitchen are also on the line-up.. Interactive one-day classes are designed for people on the go — all combine hands-on experience with demonstrations.
