All medical information is confidential and will not be released without your written consent, unless otherwise required by law. health insurance All matriculating day school students and all international students will be enrolled in the university's Student Health Insurance Plan for the period September through May. Coverage will cease as defined in the insurance brochure for terms students do not begin. Insurance brochures will be available at the Health Services station during Registration and at Student Financial Services during the academic year. Day students who are not taking classes during the summer will be given the opportunity to continue coverage from June through August by the insurance provider. For information about the fees associated with this extension, please contact the insurance provider directly. severe allergic/chronic medical conditions You should also submit your physician's documentation of any allergic or chronic medical conditions to Student Success. If you have been medically identified as being prone to anaphylaxis (severe allergic reaction), you may authorize the university to administer epinephrine in an emergency. Although this information may have been shared with other university personnel, students must notify Student Success of severe allergies or chronic medical conditions immediately following Registration.
